Coron Trip...6th anniversary celebration

July 7, 2010:

One of my bestfriend in office, Benz "Ache" informed me that there is a SEAT SALE in Zest Air... For an amount of Php8/person in domestic flights. So I go ahead and asked him to look a flight for me and my honey, Jan-Jan.. And after numerous clicks, we found Aug 6, 2010 (USU to Manila) for only Php50 (with TAX)!!! So I look for USU to Manila flight and found CebuPac Promo on the same day, Php1310 for 2 already. I called Jan-Jan right away and asked him if he wanted to go, and when he found out how much it will cost, he says "OK!!!" And so I booked the flight for both of us....

I was not able to figure out that the dates (Aug 3-6) is actually few days away from our 6th year anniversary until my Mom saw the ticket and asked me, "Ay, anniversary nyo to?"

August 8, is our anniversary, and this will be our first real "out-of-town" trip together and I'm really excited!!!!

After booking the flights, next days was spent for reading blogs about Coron. What can we do? If we can do it on our own? How much do we need for the trip? Where to stay? And so on and so forth.....

I had written all the possible itineraries....including those with packages...

I have read if not all, most of the blogs that is about Coron...including PinoyExchange :D

I have sent email messages to all affordable packages...

At last, I found DIY and was given reasonable price for the tour.... and grabbed it right away...

Now all I have to plan is the Coron Town Tour...

4 days to come and we'll bound to Coron....

My first blog..."Make My Day" Service

Make-My-Day Service

After reading what the exam is for the Trend Micro Systems Engineer’s application, I really found it hard to sleep taking in consideration the amount of time I have to finish it. Thinking hard what is the main reason why I am applying for the position. Is it reasonable for me to do something and waste others’ time to read it? Left with one reason… Enough for me to write this… to render service with my best!

I’ve been listening to all kinds of customers for almost two years. Hearing them say what they wanted to find from the solutions available and how hard to find the right match or reach the right department to ask for help. Some are really using the Knowledge Base to search for the solutions while others just post their questions in different forum sites. I know this because I also post possible solutions that they may do to resolve their program concerns.

Being the Trend Micro Systems Engineer is very challenging because you need to give the most accurate and real-time solutions as much as possible. A very big responsibility but a rewarding one because this can be one’s means of giving the easiest way to help with the customer’s concern, giving them the “make-my-day” service they are looking for. And this is what I want to do, to help and be able to provide service to the people whom I owe my contentment with, my Customers.
